Responsibilities
-To developing HR strategy, policies, procedures and other HR related documents.
-To establish, maintain and update personnel files, reports, recruitment relations records, correspondence and organization charts.
-To process all recruitment requests by arrange interviews, administer pre-employment tests, screen applications, and select shortlisted candidates.
-To contribute the evaluation and development of performance of employees in co-operation with the executive team.
-To manage orientation program for the employee to the work atmosphere.
-To plan for employee s performance appraisal, by developing tools and job evaluations.
-To liaise with other departments/units to understand the needs of staff and to ensure, that they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose and achievements.
-To identify specialty skills, propose training needs.
-To audit and authenticate all documents related to legal, salary statements, distribution, benefits, compensation, overtime, special payments, etc.
-To compile all data needed for the annual salary and annual performance analysis.
-To carry out other related tasks as assigned by CEO along with BOT.
