Responsibilities
The customer service associate is responsible for providing fast effective customer service to all customers using our WhatsApp Web Messaging Platform.
- Manage large amounts of incoming messages
- Follow communication procedures and policies
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers
- Calculate and provide invoices for customers
- Generate sales
- Data Entry
Qualifications
- University degree
- Excellent English and Arabic (Spoken Written)
- Fast keyboard typing skills (English and Arabic)
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to manage time effectively
Specific Vacancy Requirements
- Excellent English and Arabic (Spoken Written) Company driver available to drop off back home at night
- 15 days per month 9 am - 9 pm
