Responsibilities
All Activities related to Staffing and Recruitment.
Follow up any issues relating to Social security such as (adding / separating employees , clearance , paying company fees ...)
Follow up employee vacations System ( Medical ,annual...etc.)
Monitoring employees attendance.
Follow up employees Insurance ( Medical , Life).
Preparing and issuing salaries.
Organizing EPMS (Employee performance management system ) after probation period , mid-year , annual.
Qualifications
Minimum experience 3 years in supervisory level in HR.
Good command of English language
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel,word,PowerPoint mainly)
Good in using HRIS (Knows how to work on Al Ameen is a plus)
Ability to work under pressure
Organized and works according to priorities.
Good communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills
Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
Team leadership skills
Specific Vacancy Requirements
Ability to work in unsocial hours when needed.
Ability to travel locally when needed to conduct interviews.
