Responsibilities
- Undertake a detailed technical assessment for assistance in the project target areas to define the exact locations of intervention and the beneficiaries;
- Coordinate with the logistic, administration and finance staffs to procure all equipment, supplies and materials required to implement the project activities, ensuring cost efficiency and accountability in compliance with SOS and donor regulations and procedures;
- Undertake daily field visits to provide technical guidance and supervision as well as regularly monitor the progress of the Field Worker project activities;
- Continuously assess the communities needs of the target populations in the project areas, periodically update the situation analysis and inform the programs accordingly;
- Support the management in preparing the narrative and financial reports with reference to the field worker project component, according to SOS and donor requirements;
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports about all health services provided by the team and supported with documented stories
- Provide adaptation service by conducting personal history report, making recommendations and competing family reunion report
- Prepare governmental documents related to child adaptation
- Follow up with families after reunification
- Coordinate with external stakeholders in order to complete reunification process.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports about all Admission and reunification services provided by the team and supported with documented stories


Qualifications
- High school education.
- 2 years of professional work experience in community mobilization work Sector at national and/or international level, including at least 1 year in emergency settings, preferably in refugees/IDPs camps contexts
- Good communication skills, both written and oral;
- Good in English and Arabic required.
- Understanding and knowledge of basic computer applications such as MSWord, Excel and database management.
- Flexible and creative
- Knowledge of the political situation in Syria
- Ability and willingness to work and live under difficult circumstances
