Responsibilities
- Provides information about products and services, and makes recommendations based on customer requirements;
- Listens to customers questions and concerns, and provide answers or responses;
- Refers technical inquiries to appropriate technician, and follow up to ensure prompt response and resolving;
- Maintains records of customers requests on the ticketing system;
- Maintains records of customers and service status by updating information on database;
- Follow up renewal of customers subscription to company services;
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication;
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies;
Qualifications
- Intermediate Institute Diploma or higher;
- Two years of work experience in related field;
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening;
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
- Good computer skills including M.S. Excel and Outlook;
